Surveys Overview
Surveys Module enables creation, grouping and deployment of structured questionnaires to collect operational, compliance and feedback data across Tasks, Suppliers and Resources via Work & Access and Supply Chain Survey Templates.
Core elements below: Survey Categories, Work & Access Survey Templates, Supply Chain Survey Templates and Survey Preferences. Each governs how surveys are organized, targeted and executed in MRI Evolution, Evolution Connect and Evolution Reach.
Typical usage:
- Define categories to segment survey purpose (compliance, satisfaction, access requirements, training evaluations).
- Create templates for work/access requirements tied to Tasks and appointments (e.g. pre‑visit risk, access logistics).
- Issue health & safety checklists (e.g. PPE compliance, site readiness).
- Conduct supplier performance benchmarking and ongoing certification reviews.
- Validate resource competency (skills, licences, refresher training needs).
