Task System Preferences

Task System Preferences allows administrators to configure system-wide task behaviour and operational parameters within the work order management system. This comprehensive configuration interface controls task authorization, status transitions, PPM scheduling, event handling, SLA colour coding, and various task workflow settings that affect task management across the organization.
