Integrations Overview
Integrations Settings connect MRI Evolution with external platforms and internal MRI services—enabling automated data exchange, scheduling, messaging, energy monitoring, BIM space modelling and communication workflows via Agora Controllers, Agora Events, Agora Dead Letters, IFS 360 Preferences, SMTP / Exchange and MRI Energy links.
Core integration types: Messaging & event hub (Agora Controllers / Events / Dead Letters / Queue), Scheduling & workforce optimisation (IFS 360), Email transport (SMTP, Exchange), Energy (MRI Energy), Space & BIM (Excitech), Maintenance standard mapping (SFG20 Facilities iQ), Dashboards / analytics (Dashboard Preferences), Telephony (CTI).
Typical administration actions:
- Register applications and environments in Agora Controllers; monitor traffic in Events & Dead Letters.
- Configure SMTP & Exchange parameters for password resets & meeting sync.
- Establish IFS 360 preferences for automated scheduling flows.
- Set up SFG20 Facilities iQ mapping to keep Regimes aligned with industry schedules.
- Enable MRI Energy and Excitech integrations for sustainability and space data enrichment.
- Define CTI settings for call centre screen‑pops and Task lookups.
- Maintain Dashboard connection details for live KPI visualisation.
Outcomes & value: Reduced manual data entry, improved cross‑system consistency, faster operational decisions, auditable messaging flows and quicker remediation through Dead Letter / Queue monitoring.

Agora Controllers |
Agora Controllers are entities that are used to manage the configuration of MRI Evolution in relation to the Agora Event Hub and the integration with other MRI systems. Agora Controllers are where you register the specific applications and environments that will be exchanging information via the Event Hub. An Agora Controller is a combination of Product, Client Id, Tenant and Environment. All of those combine to identify a unique source/destination when information is exchanged. Data export files from a connected MRI system can be imported via an upload facility. |
|
|
Agora Events |
Agora Events are entities that are used to manage the configuration of MRI Evolution in relation to the Agora Event Hub and the integration with other MRI systems. In simple terms, the Agora Events provide an audit trail of the exchange of data between integrated MRI systems via the Agora Event Hub. |
|
|
Agora Dead Letters |
Agora Dead Letters are created as a result of Event Hub messages that the messaging system cannot or should not deliver. There are a number of reasons why the message cannot be delivered, such as system validation, incorrectly formatted messages, messages having been read and rejected too many times and so on. |
|
|
Agora Queue | The Agora Queue is a grid of unsuccessful Agora messages instigated from MRI Evolution to another integrated MRI system. Users can open the records to view the error message, investigate the reason for the message failure, take any necessary action and resend the message where appropriate. |
