Appointments & Visits Overview
The Appointments & Visits functionality in MRI Evolution allows users to record and manage planned visits to specific buildings at defined dates and times. This feature helps coordinate resources, track visit history, and ensure all scheduled appointments are visible and actionable within the system.
Available from 7.0.0.0
The Purchase Key licence dependency for this specific element of the system has been removed and is now included as standard in the core MRI Evolution product the feature has been turned on for all systems by default.
Note: Other restrictions, such as User licence type restrictions and / or any restrictions to underlying functionality that is dependent upon Purchase Key licences will remain in place.

Appointment Types |
Resources have to attend Sites, Buildings and Locations for different reasons, such as contractual monthly visits or maybe to attend a customer and carry out Task(s) while there. Appointment Types allow you to define the creation and functional behaviour of Appointments in MRI Evolution and their use in Evolution Go and MRI Dreamscape Contractor. |

Appointment Visit Resolutions |
Appointment Visit Resolutions are similar to Time Record Resolutions and Fault Codes in that you can create a pre-defined pick list that Users can choose when completing the Appointment Visit. |

Appointment Sessions |
The hours in the day can be collated into Calender Sessions. |

Appointment Days | Calender Sessions are used to create Days. Days may be single or multiple Sessions. |
