Clients | Clients in MRI Evolution represent the people, organizations, or contracts to which invoices and credit notes are linked. Setting up Clients ensures accurate billing, reporting, and relationship management across your business. Users can add new Clients, update details, and configure Rule Groups to control how each Client is invoiced. This structure supports flexible invoicing processes, clear client communication, and compliance with financial requirements. To manage Clients, use the Clients grid to create, edit, or review client records as needed. |
Sales Invoices | Use the Sales Invoicing Grid to view, create, edit, and manage all current invoices. Process multiple invoices at once or work with individual entries as needed. This streamlines both batch and single-invoice management for efficient tracking throughout the invoice life-cycle. |
Sales Credit Notes | Sales Credit Notes are used to provide clients with credit against previously issued invoices, supporting adjustments, corrections, or returns. The process for managing Credit Notes mirrors that of invoices: they must be activated, authorized (if using authorization levels), issued, and completed to ensure full auditability and compliance. |
Sales Receipts |
The Sales Receipts feature in MRI Evolution enables organizations to record and manage payments received from clients. Payments are logged and then applied to the appropriate invoices, supporting accurate financial tracking and reconciliation. Administrators can maintain the list of Sales Receipts here, ensuring all client payments are properly documented and linked to their corresponding invoices. |
Sales Invoice Batches | Sales Invoice Batches help you manage and review groups of invoices generated together. The system supports batch validation, error checking, and approval, ensuring accurate billing and compliance. Use this feature to analyse invoice batches, verify details, and maintain a clear audit trail. |
Sales Invoice Batch Generation | Generate multiple invoices at once by creating a batch. Select Rule Groups to control which invoices are generated and when, allowing flexibility for different clients. |
Cost Invoices | Costs Invoice is part of the Sales Invoicing module in MRI Evolution and is used to document and manage the costs associated with client billing. This page provides access to the Costs Invoice grid, where you can search, sort, and review all cost invoices linked to sales invoices and contracts. |
