Widget Setup
Evolution Reach provides a simplified interface for end-users and clients, integrating with core modules such as helpdesk, facilities booking, visitor management, and reporting. This allows users to perform key actions—like logging calls, booking rooms, or running reports—without needing access to the full-featured MRI Evolution platform.
For example, a client can use a widget to book a meeting room or check visitor status directly from their dashboard, streamlining common workflows and improving user experience.

Zones |
Zone Settings define the visual and functional layout for Live View and Visual Booking Widgets in MRI Evolution. Each Zone typically represents a physical area, such as a floor or section of a building, and is configured with a background image (often a floor plan) to provide users with a spatial context for booking and monitoring activities. Administrators use Zone Settings to map out areas, assign locations, and configure how users interact with spaces in real time. The workflow involves uploading a background image, defining interactive shapes for locations, and linking these shapes to Evolution Locations or Location Groups. This enables users to visually select and book spaces, or monitor occupancy and availability directly from the widget interface. |

Live View Summaries |
Summaries connect to System Queries within the Live View Widget, the Summaries are then used to group and colour information. Applying Colour Ranges to the summary will dictate what colour will appear in the Live View Widget if the number of entities falls in that range. Summaries can use one of a number of aggregate functions to provide a number:

Widgets |
Widgets in MRI Evolution are modular elements that can be added to user-created pages to extend functionality and customize the user experience. Widgets integrate with various system modules, allowing users to access features like booking, reporting, or helpdesk directly from their dashboard. For example, a user can add a Task Grid widget to monitor open tasks, or a Visitor Booking widget to manage appointments, all from a single page. |

Pages |
The Pages feature in MRI Evolution, Evolution Connect, and Evolution Reach enables users to organize and present multiple widgets in customizable layouts. Pages can host various widgets in different styles, allowing for flexible dashboards and tailored user experiences. The same widget can be reused across multiple pages to maximize efficiency and consistency. Administrators can manage the list of Pages here, ensuring that the right information and tools are available to users in the most effective format for their needs. |
