Countries |
Countries can be added to many entities within MRI Evolution. These entities include Resources, Suppliers, Sites, Contacts, Buildings, External Contacts, Clients and Regions. |
Regions | Regions are used to group together Countries e.g. geographical regions such as Europe or economical regions such as Asia Pacific. Regions can have a Region Type attached to them. |
Portfolios | Portfolios can have Buildings assigned to them to aid in filtering and reporting. They can also be placed in hierarchical structure using Portfolio Types e.g. grouping regional Buildings for a regional manger. |
Sites |
A Site represents a defined geographical area within the organization, such as a city, a large campus, or a group of buildings. Examples include a metropolitan area like London, a hospital site, or a business park with multiple facilities. All Sites are centrally managed in this section, providing a foundation for organizing assets, resources, and operational activities. Accurate Site records support effective property management, reporting, and integration with other system modules. This integration ensures that Sites are consistently referenced across the system, enabling seamless assignment of contacts, buildings, and surveys, and supporting compliance and operational efficiency. |
Buildings | Buildings can represent actual Buildings on a Site e.g. Building One, or smaller areas of a Building e.g. East Wing. |
Floors | Buildings can have Floors assigned to aid in understanding the Buildings Structure and for filtering and reporting. |
Location Groups | Location Groups allow Users to create groups of Locations which can then in turn be published to Accounts and Roles. This can make publishing new Locations to Evolution Reach Accounts a lot easier. Using Location Groups removes the need to use the Bookable Locations option in Evolution Reach User Accounts. |
Areas |
Areas link together many Locations for filtering and reporting purposes. They are in hierarchical structure with Area Types as the top level of the hierarchy. They can also be associated with PMS Core Values for use in PayMech calculations. |
Locations |
In order to ease both Asset tracking and Call Logging, MRI Evolution allows every Location (i.e. Room, corridor, storage cupboard, etc.....) to be defined. Locations can be created within a Building either in the Building Register window, or through the Location. If a Location is defined from within the Building Register, the Building field for the new Location is automatically completed on creation. |
Departments | Departments can used to define groups of people, sub sections of an organisation and Locations within a business. |
Branches | Branches can be used to show if a Building is a local operating division of a business. |

Lease Register |
The Lease Register allows Users to define any number of Leases against a particular Building or Location. Once a Lease Register has been created, details of the rents payable are recorded in the Rent Register. |
Rates Register | Rates Registers are used to record details of any Business Rates paid against Buildings or Locations. |
Rent Register | The Rent Register window allows details to be recorded of any Rents and their payments defined against the Leases on the system. |
