Integration options include email servers (SMTP and Exchange), telephony systems (CTI), energy management platforms (MRI Energy), BIM systems (Excitech), the MRI Agora Event Hub for inter-application messaging, and dashboard services. Each integration extends Evolution's capabilities by enabling communication with specialized external systems. System administrators can configure connection parameters, authentication credentials, synchronization settings, and monitoring options for each integration.
